About the job.
Recruit, training and development of staff
Ensuring that staff get paid correctly and on time
Pension and Benefit administration
Organizing staff training
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Advising line managers and other employees on labor laws and employers own employment policies and procedures
Ensuring the candidates have the right to work at the organization
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff
Any other business assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements.
Experience in the human resources department
Experience of not less than 3 years
Willingness to work in Kisumu
Diploma in Human resources or Degree in social sciences with relevant experience.
