The Role:
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Human Resources Officer at the Shared Service Center. Under the supervision of the Shared Services Manager (SSCM), the HR Officer will co-ordinate the day to day human resource operations and provide technical expertise and guidance in the following functional areas: Payroll processing, induction and onboarding, Performance Management, recruitment and selection, data analytics and contract management
The Person:
Our next Human Resources Officer will have a substantial experience in Human Resources Management, hold a Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in the same field, be adept at forging effective working relationships especially in a multicultural context, highly flexible and able to produce creative and practical solutions to a variety of complex HR issues.
