We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Experience 3 years in a HR Leadership position
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) certification
Member of IHRM with Good Standing
