Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Parklands/Highridge ward. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
