Applicants should have:
A HR-related bachelor’s degree orany first degree plus post-graduate HR qualification
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in end-to-end HR management and leadership
Member in good standing of IHRM
Working experience in an international school will be highly advantageous
People-oriented
CHRP(K) or a current CHRP student
Experience in managing different types of employees- consultants, expatriates, contract, union- including CBA negotiations
Knowledge of Kenya’s employment laws
Knowledge of relevant immigration status application will be advantageous
