The main responsibility areas are:
Being a trusted person in the company
Recruit and onboard new hires
Coordinate performance management process and provide feedback
Manage payroll, benefits and incentive schemes for employees
Manage training and coaching programs
Coordinating insurance and pensions
Organizing staff entertainment and events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
Experience in scaling fast-growing companies
Strong recruiting expertise
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Pragmatic and analytical (no-nonsense)
