Primary responsibilities:
Design, Propose, Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and needs
Provide local insight to corporate guidelines and procedures and manage the administration and implementation within respect to employee training and development programs, salary structure, performance appraisals and recognition, compensation and benefit plans, insurance cover and renewal plans and annual leave monitoring
Ensure compliance of the company’s practices with applicable labor legislation across all markets by working closely with the legal team
Assist in articulation of the values and culture of the company as an ongoing concern
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, feedback, grievances or other issues by working closely with the department leads and provide leadership and support in finding solutions
Managing and overseeing all aspects of HR processes across all departments/countries including ensuring quality recruitment and selection process to achieve business objectives
Monitor and ensure employee productivity at the office and while working remotely
Build pipeline across all critical roles in the organization as an ongoing concern
Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
Prepare executive and management HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR metrics and and trends internally and externally
Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly update on asset register, employee KYC and details and any other HR administrative tasks while working closely with finance and legal teams
Participate in implementation of business continuity planning and policies to build operational resiliency
Support the senior management in administrative tasks
Requirements and skills
B.Sc Degree in Human Resources Management, or relevant degree
5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Solid understanding of HR practices, tools and labor legislation
Native in English with excellent verbal and written skills
Proven experience in managing – leadership abilities and know how to motivate and manage people
Strong business mind and accountability
People oriented and results driven
Ability to create and manage processes and projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
