Human Resources Intern

JOB SUMMARY

To provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day HR tasks and projects contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation.
Participate in organizing and executing employee engagement activities.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Provide general administrative support, including answering queries and managing HR-related correspondence.
Assist in updating staff on company policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Participate in HR projects as assigned by the HR Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
6 months attachment/internship experience
Proven Computer proficiency
