This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Student or someone that wants to acquire HR experience. The role will provide administrative support and assistance to the HR (Human Resources) Team for the development and management of HR functions such as recruitment, training, on-boarding, and filing for compliance
Salary range: The internship will be remunerated as per local country practice in the NGO Sector
Responsibilities and Duties
HR Administration:
Perform routine HR administration duties including maintaining up to dateemployee records
HR Metrics and Reporting
Administration of the Travel Insurance policy
Absence reporting and follow-up activities
Administrative support to the HR Team
Recruitment
Organise Interviews
Check References
Respond to feedback requests from candidates
Ensure timely and proper administration of the Recruitment
Organise On-Boarding Sessions
Training and development
Maintain staff training records
Support the organisation of staff training sessions

Experience and knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (World, Excel, and Power Point)

Qualifications
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) level 3 in HR or similar HR qualification and/or prior experience in Human Resources (desirable)*
