Human Resources Director

The HR Director holds overall responsibility for all people-related activities within the organization, overseeing both operational and strategic aspects in a matrix-structured environment. This includes involvement in areas such as resource planning, recruitment, training, handling various employee relations matters, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee concerns. In this role, the HR Director is accountable for delivering effective HR services in both crisis situations and development programs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

A minimum of 12 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a corporate or NGO setting, including experience in strategic development.
Master’s degree in Management or Human Resources Management
Extensive knowledge in designing and implementing HR strategy for the organization, as well as policies and procedures.
