Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment of new employees and partner pathologists
Process and onboard new employees
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts
Maintain an accurate and compliant employee database
Responsible for staff training and leave management
Create and maintain files for partner pathologists
Build and Maintain relationships with partner pathologists
Management of staff exit procedures
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Responsible for records management
Responsible for office administration including consumables, catering, cleanliness etc
Arrange and coordinate local and international company travel.
Person’s specifications
Minimum of 4years of work experience in HR & Administration
Experience in medical HR management is highly desirable
Degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM
IHRM Membership
High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural setting with diverse teams
Ability to speak French, Mandarin or other languages would be desirable
