The role:The HR officer nurtures the human resources of the Hospital by implementing policies and procedures which promote equity and opportunity for growth.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor degree in human resource management
Be a member of IHRM and at least three years’
Experience in basic HR services including staff recruitment, payroll, musteroll and general terms and conditions of service.
Competitive packages commensurate with qualifications and experience will be paid to the right candidates.
