Actively recruit new team members and manage the hiring process.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Implement performance management across the company.
Perform bi-annual performance reviews.
Manage the payroll and salary reviews.
Develop training and development programs for existing employees.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Day to day employee management (attendance, leave management, medical insurance management, disciplinary issues etc).
Implement strong employee compensation and retention schemes.
Manage employees welfare and drive the Solutech culture across the company.
Requirements
A degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Proper Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures in Kenya.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
