Job Specifications :
Diploma in Human Resource Management
Training and experience in ISO management standards preferably ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Minimum of 1-3 years professional HR experience
Strong understanding of Labour Laws
Exposure to payroll practices
Experience in preparing HR data metrics
Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisation skills
Ability to write policies and SOPS
Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
A strategic mind that is focused on execution
Highly computer literate with capability in email, google drive and related business and communication tools.
Strong communications skills
Job Summary :
Initiate and ensure timely update and reporting on all HR metrics
Day to day handling of staff enquiries
File, update and maintain employee records
Creating job descriptions and advertisements
Participate in the shortlisting and selection process, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews to fill vacant positions
Plan and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding
Coordinating staff training sessions e.g. boardroom booking, sending invites, keeping attendance record, organising for certificates where applicable,
Application for NITA training approval and reimbursement
Maintaining HR monthly reports and updating – training calendar, hiring projection, interview records etc
Help in disciplinary Investigations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage and coordinate welfare and wellness programs for employees e.g team building, medical camps etc
Analyse employee survey feedback
Ensure accurate application and management of the online leave management system
Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures and escalate to Head Human Resource as required
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Conducting internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
