Job Summary: To handle the Human Resource department and provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of the department and quality delivery of services to the work force.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Recruiting and staffing
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Maintain staff records
Provide timely and accurate inputs for the final dues processing.
Assist to coordinate staff Performance Management including probation assessment and appraisals.
Send out communications for confirmation and contract changes
Attend and resolve employee -employer conflicts.
Conduct training needs assessment, prepare and coordinate training programmers.
Advise the Management on human resources policies, procedures and practices.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
