Management of HR records: Ensure accurate records are kept and appropriate reports are compiled and presented to the HR manager.
Payroll; Participate in payroll preparation in liaison with HR manager and finance department to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Staff onboarding: Coordinate onboarding of new staff.
Staff welfare: Assist in handling general staff welfare- canteen, sports, staff parties etc
Performance management; Assist in coordinate performance management process, particularly appraisal and Performance Improvement Plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with one-year experience in a similar role or Diploma in Human Resource Management with two years’ experience in a similar role.
Computer proficiency: MS Office Suite and HR Management systems
Good understanding of Labor laws and their application
Effective communication skills both oral and written.
Experience in the flower industry in a similar role will be an added advantage.
