About the Role
The Human Resource Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the organization. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the HR unit, overseeing contracting, payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Senior HR Manager acts as a key advisor to management on all human resources matters and ensures the HR function contributes to the overall success of the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

 ExecuteHR initiatives with the overall business strategy of expanding into new regions and markets
Execute HR strategies that support the organization’s growth objectives across different markets.
Looking at external human capital partners that can add value to the business.

Compliance and People Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and consistent workplace.
Custodian of all employment contracts and employee records for all F4E staff.
Oversee occupational health and safety across all F4E locations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Tracking renewals to ensure that all F4E staff are contracted and documents filed.
Manage HR audits and mitigate risks related to employment practices.

HR Operations

Overseeing all HR operations including disciplinary management for all F4E staff.
Ensure HR processes and procedures are documented and are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

Payroll and Benefits

Lead in  payroll management, ensuring that it is done in an effective and timely manner, 
Lead in benefits administration.
Sourcing for third-party partners and maintaining the relationships effectively such as insurance companies.

Team Management

Manage the  HR operations staff and ensure they are well-trained and equipped to handle compliance affairs.

Global Mobility and Expansion

Collaboratively work with the Talent Acquisition team to create global mobility programs to facilitate employee relocation and expatriate assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Establish knowledge-sharing platforms to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among employees in different geographical locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management from a reputable university.
Over 10 years experience in HR with 7 in a management position.
IHRM practicing certificate is a must.
Experience managing a staff outsourcing company.
Five or More Years of Payroll Experience with at least one year of experience.
Familiarity working with an HRIS.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in local and some overseas countries.
Strong Communication Skills, adaptability, and logical thinking. Demonstrates a commitment to achieving goals (Proficiency in English as a working language)
