Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced retail FMCG company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions and drive operational excellence. This role is instrumental in shaping HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in a fast- moving retail FMCG environment.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, managing policies and procedures effectively.
Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development programs.
Drive employee engagement, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive organizational culture.
Streamline HR processes, including payroll administration, benefits management, and disciplinary actions.
Provide strategic HR advisory to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
Support performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, resolve grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Innovate and implement HR systems, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and support business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
CHRP-K certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a fast-paced retail FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
