Human Resource Intern

Main purpose of the job
The incumbent will provide effective support to the People & Purpose team while ensuring timely delivery of work in the allocated area.
What you will do

Learn and apply Deloitte standards, procedures and methodologies in assigned areas;
Ensure assigned work is completed within agreed time frames and carried out per approved methodologies and standards and within agreed budgets;
Ensure availability of accurate and timely data on assigned tasks as required;
Preparation of accurate reports;
Provide administrative support to the People & Purpose team; and
Support the People & Purpose team in assigned projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management – attained a second class upper and above or equivalent.
A HR professional qualification will be an added advantage.
At least B+ in KCSE mean grade, Mathematics & English grade or equivalent.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong administrative skills.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Well-developed computer user skills.
Ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast paced environment.
