Human Resource Consultant Associate

This is a part time/Free lance role and will dependent on various assignments.
Responsibilities
The Client Human Resources Consultant Associate assists clients with various HR duties.

Assist in the resolution of employee queries and issues.
May assist in the implementation of HR programs and processes for client. Individuals have limited authority in implementing HR programs, and are subject to client policies and procedures.
Incumbents work independently on standardized/recurring assignments
Conduction specific HR consulatations- HR Audits, Performance Management , Policy Management, Training and Developlemt , Change Management
