Human Resource Assistant Office Driver

Duties

Processing payroll, which includes ensuring leave and sick/Absent time are tracked in the system; whilst answering post payroll staff questions and Facilitate resolutions to any payroll errors
Assist in HR administrative tasks and activities such as leave management and maintenance of staff records.
Participating in the discipline processes, and ensure proper paperwork/records are maintained
Facilitate Recruitment/New Hire and pre-employment staff training
Maintaining current HR files and databases and preparing new employee files
Answering Various employee questions
Compiling HR reports and spreadsheets
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, and management team
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Be of exemplary integrity and honesty
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be a team player
A Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline. A diploma in HRM is a must.
2-3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
Membership to HRM profession also an added advantage
Be between 24 – 27 years of age
