Human Resource Assistant

Assist the HR function in administrative duties and support the implementation of policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Delivery of service as per approved work plan
Timely submission of reports
Innovation demonstrated through service delivery
Roles for the Human Resource Assistant Job
Monitor staff attendance and compile monthly attendance report
Assist in employee recruitment and induction processes
Maintain staff files and assist in entry of staff information into the HRMIS
Assist in payroll and benefits, and leave administration, and issuance of staff letters and memos
Assist in handling employee relations
Compile weekly HR reports
Human Resource Assistant Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or related field
Higher Diploma in HRM
1 year’s relevant experience in Human Resource Management
Excellent communication, presenting and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Available immediately
