Job Description
Assisting the Regional HR Manager with HR operations and providing direction and guidance to assigned staff including direct supervision, leadership, coaching, training and development.
Assist with managing employee relations, recruiting and employment, wage and salary administration, benefit administration, disability management and job evaluation processes.
Screening applicant’s CV’s for suitability prior to forwarding to Hiring Manager (s).
Conducting interviews and supporting leadership decision pertaining to selection of candidates.
Managing recruitment vendors to agreed Service Level Agreement
Exercising influence and guidance to leadership teams, direct reports as well as to employees throughout the organization.
Overseeing problem-solving, performance management, forecasting, short and long-range planning as well as conflict resolutions.
Facilitation across the board with team reviews.
Assisting with payroll submissions to ensure 100% compliance with all payroll submissions.
Managing all written communication processes and correspondence to all employees in a timeous and accurate manner.
Work closely with the Finance Department in regards to all payroll matters.

Profile
Bachelors Degree in Human resource management or related field
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in an HR position with recruitment as a major function
Must have excellent negotiation, interviewing, consulting and presentation skills.
Change and conflict management skills
Must have well knowledge of relevant legislation.
Strong administrative skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
Must be computer literate with intermediate MS Office skills.
Knowledge of HR VIP Premier is advantageous.
