About the Role:
We seek an individual with a certificate or diploma in IT, and exceptional data entry, research & development skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications is essential. Candidates with prior experience or familiarity with social marketing, community development, WASH, public health, or the solar energy business will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for;
Gather customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
Establish and manage a customer database to improve service standards.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management in a timely manner.
Generate leads, reconnect with past customers, and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to exceed sales goals.
Manage inventory levels at hubs..
Supervise opening and closing procedures of Wetu hubs.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at hubs.
Ensure fishing lamps are charged daily for local fishermen.
Support marketing efforts for WeTu products within assigned territory.
Identify market trends and opportunities.
Test and evaluate new product prototypes.
Collaborate with R&D team to innovate and enhance products and services.
Conduct research to inform product development decisions.
Provide insights for product development based on market analysis and feedback.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in IT
