Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Support: Streamline HR processes across multiple functions, including payroll, attendance tracking, and employee relations. Implement systems that drive accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
Employee Relations & Culture: Ensure fair treatment of staff, optimize performance management, and ensure alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
HR Data & Reporting: Leverage HR analytics to guide decision-making and provide actionable insights that support business strategy.
HR Systems Optimization: Drive improvements in HR systems, ensuring they meet business needs and enable smooth HR operations across the company.
Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to ensure employees receive timely, constructive feedback and support their development.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with mandatory membership to IHRM.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on process optimization, employee relations, and system improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
A deep understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices in Kenya.
A passion for improving people operations and contributing to a culture that values growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
