Processes, Policies And Procedures
Develops and leads the key reward and recognition agenda across the AME sub-region with the HR Director AME based on the input from Global & Emerging Markets (EM).
Leads implementation of global reward and recognition programs across AME.
Responsible for reward and recognition process review, standardization, and simplification across AME region.
Ensures total reward strategy and compensation practices are understood and complied with across the HR function.
Provides advice and counsel to MU HRD’s and HRBP’s on all Rewards topics.
Drives governance (internal & external) to ensure Company compliance.
Remuneration & Benefits
Compensation reviews, analyzing compensation information to support compensation strategy and processes + internal/external moves.
End-to-end responsibility of Annual Performance & Rewards Management:
Lead reward external benchmarking process (incl. management of providers):
Owner of performance and reward related communication to employees (e.g. employee training sessions, line manager training, email communication, employee queries/clarifications)
Review and approve allowance and benefits proposal as needed:
Job Evaluations
Ensure implementation and integrity of Grading architecture and evaluations in AME.
Serve as the custodian of the job evaluation process in AME.
Review and approval of MU-wide job evaluation/job mapping review and requirements.
Operations
Develop and implement a process for accurate and regular reporting of AME people analytics.
Main point of contact for the AME HRBPs and HRDs on reward and recognition topics.
Management of international assignment approval and move within the region in collaboration with MU HRDs & HRBPs
Main point of contact by the Global Mobility team for AME related moves. Manage end to end process of AME moves from alignment of salary proposals to contracts to oversee onboarding process.
Oversee GMD/EC and Gov’t Relations Admin topics managed by the Finance and Govt. Relations Administrator
Oversight of AME Personnel Annual Business Planning process (incl. consolidation at AME level).
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong interest in numbers, budget planning and improving processes
Experience with managing (personnel) budget planning.
Preferential requirements: Experience in Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility across multiple geographical markets and at least 5 years’ experience as a Reward CoE in a commercial organisation.
Business experience within the AME markets.
Openness to accept opportunities to support on rewards related projects may it be Global or Regional Rewards.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand business plans, goals and to relate those plans to compensation and recognition strategies.
Mathematical aptitude, creative problem-solving skills with limited resources, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to thrive in a super matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, fast paced, results driven environment and work well within time critical situations.
Ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels in the organization, in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of multi-cultural environment.
Ability to influence and operate in a decentralized environment
Excellent ability to use MS Office. HRIS systems is a plus (Success Factors).
Excellent written and spoken English, strong presentation skills required.
