Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Strategy and Enablement Lead/Manager with extensive experience in scaling businesses, preferably within the FinTech/Growth sector in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms (OKR’s) essential for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, comfortable with Data and versatile in their approach. Strong stakeholder skills coupled to an analytical mindset would be ideal.
Strong program management skills are required to optimize various HR elements not limited to but including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. Join us in driving our HR strategy to foster a high-performing and agile workforce!
This is not a junior or mid level role, this is for a seasoned HR strategist that understands the role of Data and Enablement in a modern HR environment.
