HR Officer

We are looking for an additional generalist to join our team to provide support to the Human Resources department in various functions which include but are not limited to recruitment, staffing, health and safety, training and development, performance and attendance monitoring and employee welfare.
Requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Certified Human Resource Professional qualification (CHRP).
At least two year of experience as a HR Generalist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations that concern workplaces and employment matters.
Thorough understanding of human resource practices and industry trends.
Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situation
Attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated individual.
Flexibility – be open to change and new information; rapidly adapt to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.
