Job description
HR Manager will act as the employee champion and drive changes including leading employee engagement and performance management. The HR Manager is responsible for aligning employee and business objectives at DDD. This position will report to DDD’s Head of Global HR.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership to local HR team member including coaching, problem-solving and making tough decisions that affect DDD’s business.
Be in charge of talent-based recruitment
Execute DDD’s global program under guideline from Head of Global HR. HR Manager is required to be proactive and initiative but this position is not designed to be a standalone role. HR Manager has to be aligned with DDD’s global system and principles.
Drive changes to help DDD establish high performing working culture.
Drive high-performance culture through a very engaged workforce where employees are highly professional, taken care, respected, and empowered to do their best at work.
Support senior management on implementing staff learning and developing a plan
Make sure legal compliances are strictly followed.
Help management team make business decisions by developing and manage insightful and meaningful reports/statistics.
Support senior management on building a market competitive approach to compensation, benefits and total rewards
Establish a rewards system to drive work performance
Other task assigned by senior management.

Minimum 5-year experience in modern HR field with a proven record of successes
Have mid-level managerial working experience in a multi-cultural environment
Be able to drive performance through employee engagement
Have deep knowledge of local labor law
Good presentation skills
Be a good negotiator
Be a good coach
Fluent in English
Willing to change and drive changes
Be a good role model with high work ethics
Be realistic
Be able to create measurable results and value values/vision
