HR Strategy:
Identify and research HR issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization.
Establishing HR objectives in line with organizational strategic thinking, direction and objectives.
Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities.
Develop HR operational and financial strategies by forecasting requirements and trends.
Aligning monetary resources by measuring and analysing results.
Initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances and developing action plans.
Ensure records management is good and updated.
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant including health and safety.
Provide day to day advice to line managers on all HR issues.
Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
