Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
Budgeting, acquisition and payment of recurrent expenses and other company
Performance management
Policy formulation and maintenance of human resource procedures that comply with Kenyan laws
Managing employee records and contracts
Handling employees grievances and disputes
Host in house training programs
Employee relations
Ensuring the company has a motivated workforce.
Job qualifications
1 year experience.
Proficiency in oral AND written English.
Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
A verifiable certificate of training in human resources or related fields.
