HR Intern

Responsibilities

Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
General filing for the HR department
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
Drafting memos, letters, and reports.
Supporting the recruitment processes.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.
Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
Participate in disciplinary processes
Handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously.
Coordinating the staff separation processes.
Support in the implementation of training programs.
Any other duty as assigned by the management

Requirements:

BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
At least 1-year experience in a similar role.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws.
Must be computer/ IT proficient.
A team player, and able to multi-task.
Documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Experience with MS Office
