Role Description
The HR Coordinator handles operational financial tasks, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, transactions, VAT processing, and provides mentorship to the Finance Intern, maintaining compliance and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in HR recruitment, employee training, and organizational culture development, ensuring efficient implementation of HR processes.
Support various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of daily HR activities and team operations.
Participate in developing and implementing training programs and cultural initiatives from the ground up, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and growth.
Qualifications
Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources, administration, etc.
Familiar with recruitment processes and recruitment platforms. Familiar with Kenya Labor Law.
Have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Work conscientiously and meticulously, and have a good team spirit.
Be proficient in office software and excel.
