Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Support in training sessions including identifying Skill gaps to enhance employee skills and performance.
Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace concerns.
Manage and oversee disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Evaluate and improve organizational structures and job roles.
Support and advise on performance management and appraisal processes.
Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness programs.
Prepare HR-related reports and present recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
