HR Business Partner – Operations

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner – Operations to join our team! As a strategic partner to our Operations team, you will provide expert HR support and guidance, driving initiatives that align with our operational goals. In this role, you will focus on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
The HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees within Operations to enhance productivity, foster engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a Business Partner role.
Proven experience supporting operational teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and HR metrics.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
