Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruiting and staffing logistics
Performance management
Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
Assisting with employee relations
Company-wide committee facilitation and participation
Company employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
HR audit and compliance
Employee services
Payroll preparation
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
Assist in carrying out training need analysis so a to come up with training programs
Preparation of job descriptions and short listing applicants for interviews and ensure smooth exit of employees.
Assist in preparation of contracts for staff
Maintain and update staff records
Maintain staff morale and climate at work
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor as from time to time
Education and Experience
Holder of a Bachelor degree in Business (with concentration in HR)
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
Experience with HRIS
Good knowledge of the labor laws
