Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assisting in the recruitment process
Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Communicating with public services when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or relevant role
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
