Job Duties
Analyzing all staff time reports
Compiling and updating employee records monthly
Documents processing and preparations of reports related to Staffing, Recruitment, Training and Performance evaluations.
Prepare staff schedules
Coordinate HR projects-Meetings, Trainings, Surveys
Give support on employee requests regarding Policies, Company rules and Regulations
Provide relevant data for payroll processing
Assist in handling Staff Complaints
Follow through new staff orientation
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
Process online statutory remittances and ensure Compliance with staff
Communicate with staff on scheduled trainings
Help schedule for performance appraisal
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in HR,
Must be a Member of IHRM
2 years

Personnel administration,
Employee guidelines and onboarding;

Human resource and personnel development.
Previous working with HRIS is an added advantage
