HR and Payroll Assistant

Role Description

 This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Payroll Assistant at Ramco Group located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Assistant will be responsible for payroll administration, managing human resources (HR) functions, handling Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), overseeing payroll management, and supporting HR management tasks.

 Qualifications

 Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management expertise
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
