Responsibilities
Generate new business for the company
Develop job descriptions for various open positions
Shortlist and conduct interviews
Regularly update staff leaves
Assist is processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
Receive and respond to office calls
Documentation of staff details
Induction and orientation of new hires
Drafting engagement letters
Handle staff disciplinary issues
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor laws
Must be registered with IHRM
Can work under minimum supervision
Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have good customer service skills
Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email.
