Hotel Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

The Hotel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and exceptional relationship management. As the face of the hotel to our corporate and individual clients, you will ensure a seamless client experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience Level: Senior Level
Experience length: 5 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the corporate and leisure sectors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market dynamics.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
