Hotel Human Resources Manager F&B Cost Controller

Overview: Stedmak Gardens is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and enhance our employee experience. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Oversee performance evaluations and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Coordinate health and safety measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
HR certification.
