Hotel Cashier with Accounting Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily cash reports.
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any billing issues promptly.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in using accounting software and hotel management systems.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
