This is a full-time on-site role located in the Masai Mara and Serengeti for a Hospitality Trainer and Quality Controller. The Hospitality Trainer and Quality Controller will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Bushtops Camps staff. They will also monitor and assess service quality across all areas of operation, ensuring that guests’ experiences meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality training and quality control, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting
Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations, service standards, and guest interactions
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including assessing staff needs, designing and developing training materials, and conducting training sessions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and develop strong partnerships with colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
