Drivers/Distributor Job Responsibility
Responsibilities for direct sales of goods while ensuring full coverage of assigned markets
Maintaining good relationship with existing and potential customers
Ensuring achievements and tracking of set sales targets
Advising customers about delivery schedules, stocking levels, FIFO as well as brand mixes
Evaluating market trends and reporting the same to the sales and Distribution Manager.
Personally contacts new leads and secures new business accounts
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
Qualifications for Drivers/Distributor Job
Must be aged above 27 years. Minimum in KCSE with C in English and Mathematics
A minimum of three years of experience driving heavy transport trucks is required.
Valid certificate of good conduct
Certificate in Mechanics, Defensive driving will be an added advantage
Other Criteria
Must know Kenyan traffic laws and be familiar with traffic patterns in and around Nairobi.
Must be knowledgeable in vehicle operation and maintenance procedures.
Must be able to lift heavy materials for short periods of time while loading and offloading
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work with all level employees.
