Salary: Competitive.
Location: Flexible. The role can be based in the UK, Nairobi, Dhaka or Delhi.
Contract and Hours: 2 year fixed term contract. 30 – 37 hours/week with flexible working.

Traidcraft Exchange is a special international NGO working towards greater trade and climate justice. We work across South Asia and East Africa, to support producers and workers to benefit from more sustainable and equitable trade and advocate and campaign for change in business practices and government policy in the UK.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fulfil the role of Head of Transformation who can lead the organisation through a process of transition and transformation to enable us to fulfil our vision and become the organisation we aspire to be. The post-holder will be a strategic thinker, with strong change management and motivational leadership skills, able to work closely with colleagues across Traidcraft Exchange to bring about change. The strategy is emergent and we are embracing an adaptive approach to change. The post-holder will need to set clear organisational milestones, be able to hold the strategic vision and direction, whilst recognising we will create our path as we walk it. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with complexity, who can work collaboratively and who can lead a process of cultural change. It is an exciting time to join Traidcraft Exchange.
You will have:
Experience of leading organisational transformation within an international context, ideally within the charity sector
Outstanding change management skills, and experience of leading an adaptive change approach
Excellent influencing, facilitation and communications skills
Experience of leading cultural change initiatives
Experience of developing and/or working within self-managing teams and organisations
Good understanding of how systems, culture and structural issues interrelate
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Personal commitment to justice and fairness
