KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Internal Data Management: Manage and secure internal data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Develop Internal Applications and Software: Lead the creation and maintenance of internal applications and software to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support business goals.
Mentor New Graduates: Guide and mentor new tech graduates on software development, launching applications, and adhering to industry best practices.
Drive AI Utilization: Act as the primary advocate for AI within the company, identifying and implementing AI solutions to enhance business processes and product offerings.
Market AI and Tech Solutions: Develop and execute strategies to market and sell the company’s AI and other technology tools, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and drive competitive advantage.
Innovation: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and integrate them into the company’s offerings where relevant.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure technology initiatives align with broader business objectives.

.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree in Software Development: A bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
Proven Experience: Several years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
