About this opportunity
This role reports to the Head of Talent, Market Area Middle East and Africa. Head of Talent Acquisition will partner closely with leaders and people team to create and implement our talent acquisition strategy while enriching the business by supporting its highly recognized brand and supporting our diversity and inclusion efforts. The role will support Ericsson’s global strategy and help develop and deploy talent initiatives in close collaboration with our Global Talent Acquisition Team.
What you will do
This role will lead the Market Area Talent Acquisition process and the team part shared services centre and ensure the team is committed to going above and beyond and striving to acquire and retain top talent in the industry
Partner with our global Talent Acquisition team on various projects and implementations.
Implement efforts to drive exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences before, during and after the interview process
Localize global Talent Acquisition strategy and act as a talent strategist by researching, ideating, and continuously improving the strategy using data analytics, industry standards and input from the business
Establish trusted advisor relationships with key executives, people team leaders, and stakeholders to foster partnerships and build client satisfaction
Build fact-based business cases for change to continually improve service delivery in our changing talent landscape
Develop leadership pipelines and talent pools to address critical capabilities and talent strategies for local critical roles
Develop and deploy effective employer brand initiatives that highlight Ericsson Middle and Africa focus on its people, culture, diversity and critical talent needs
Partner with our people leadership team to ensure optimal solutions and great employee experience, serving as strong partner and consultative resource to these stakeholders

Experience leading Talent Acquisition in a large, complex global company with a matrix reporting environment

Key Qualification
Education qualification – Bachelor’s degree is must
10+ years of experience in HR or related field, with minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition leader in a hi-tech and/or professional services company; including demonstrated ability in Human Resources, preferably combining both Business Partner and SME roles
Prior service delivery model management and governance experience; specifically Offshore service centres, 3rd party local suppliers, Executive Head-hunters
Detailed knowledge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across experienced, executive and fresh graduate hiring (from planning, attraction, selection to offer and onboarding)
Proven track record to set strategy and deliver to it – planning, employer brand, candidate attraction, sourcing channels/methodologies, selection, offer and onboarding
Communicator – Translate complexity into simplicity for our employees in relation to talent acquisition
Ethical – Drive highly confidential actions and work closely with the Unit Heads of People and Executive Leaders
Strategic Problem solver –Ability to set a vision and strategy for delivering effective and significant talent opportunities
