Head of Recruitment

Description

At CloudFactory, we believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. That is why as the Workforce Recruitment team, we need to develop the muscle to expand our hiring reach within Nepal and Kenya as well as the rest of the developing world. One of the main objectives of our team is to establish CloudFactory as the employer of choice for digital work in the locations where we operate.
