What you will do :
MMEA MFS Engineering has responsibility for all MFS Engineering efforts undertaken to support customers as part of new projects and existing development efforts.
The MFS Engineering team will support Cluster and Units in both pre and post sales activities in conjunction with the COE Architects.
The Engineering team will work to support customer customisation and integration efforts in transitioning or migrating to Ericsson MFS solutions. The Engineering team will also support customer third party integration efforts where appropriate.
The Engineering team will integrate and work with other Engineering teams both from BA and SA to ensure best resources are applied to customer and BA requests
Engineering team will support automation / DevOps operations of the COE operations teams.
The Engineering team will support automated testing and support of the testing infrastructure.
The Engineering team will work with COE Architecture teams to ensure DevOps processes and systems are implemented across Engineering team activities.
You will bring
10-15 years of experience in leadership positions within the financial, and/or ICT industry
Experience in complex financial/banking or IT systems Service Delivery. 7+ Years
Result oriented with customer first attitude
Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations
Strong delivery capabilities
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Ability to work across a variety of different delivery unit types (complexity, maturity, scale)
Developed analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies and value realization opportunities
Very good understanding of Fintech Process and Global Directive, Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models
Strong business, operation and financial skills
